Our licenses are non-exclusive—we can grant an unlimited number
of licenses. Licensees are free to seek their own competitive edge or
acquire further patent protection.

A License Issue Fee is due in an amount that is set by the number of
patents involved and our typical rate of $10K per patent—see our
price sheet.

Minimum Annual Royalty is due annually until annual earned royalties
exceed this amount—View

Earned royalties are based on cumulative net sales and are 5% of $0
to $5M in sales, 4% for sales from $5M to $15M, and 3% for sales over
$15M.

Licensee has the right to terminate the license at any time upon 90
days written notice.

McEwan Technologies, LLC will prepare, file, prosecute and maintain
all U.S. patents.

Licensees shall request and pay for foreign patent protection.

A CD-ROM containing CAD files and other technical materials will be
provided with the license.
