*The Evaluation Fee for a Demo Unit may be
deducted from the License Issue Fee, making the cost of the Demo
Unit evaluation effectively zero for those who take a license. The Evaluation Fee is a fixed
fraction of the License Issue Fee and is not related to the physical
cost of the Demo Unit.

**The License Issue Fee is based on a fee of
$10K per patent involved and a $5K license docketing fee. The License Issue Fee for a patent
portfolio covering two or more Demo Unit technologies will cost
less than the individual Demo Unit Issue Fee if common patents are
involved. For example,
a license for the GWR may be upgraded to include the PER-6 for an
additional $10K License Issue Fee (rather than $25K) since two common
patents are involved.

Earned royalties are 5% of the factory sale
price of licensed product for the first $5M in cumulative sales,
declining to 3% above $15M in sales.

Minimum annual royalties are due
each January 1 and are deductible from earned royalties for that
year. The first January
1 payment is prorated from the time of license execution in the
previous year.

All Fees and Royalties are subject
to the terms and conditions of the Material Transfer Agreement or
License Agreement.
